S1867 Passes — Empowers US Military to Operate on US soil among other things

Posted on December 5, 2011

Uh Houston, we have a problem . . .

National Defense Authorization Act

This is a budget for the US Military for 2012 but within it are some sections that go against our Constitution.

The Senate passed S1867 empowering the US Military to operate on US soil. They can arrest and detain citizens indefinitely without trial. Denying American’s their constitutional rights, allowing indefinite detention without due process.

Our U.S. Military does take an oath to defend the Constitution.
That document may not be perfect, but it’s the best we’ve got right now to get this Nation back on track (well, on a better track altogether). There is too much corruption in the Congressional and Judicial branches. The military IS UNDER oath to protect US citizens and our constitution. Hopefully they will wake up to the corruption and make a stand for the people despite the GMO food and tv brainwashing. They can wake up and they are!

Let us not forget there is a higher authority than any of the crazies trying to do the major clamp down (they are really ill people, whoever they are). Their divisiveness is the problem. They are divided in themselves in a time of greater and greater wholeness … and very soon, yes, it is happening now,  the veils are gently removed and all see. Mommy and Daddy are home!

Stay cool, keep it together, stay in Love and more than anything just KNOW. 🙂

This week S1867 was passed 93 to 7 including Sections 1031 and 1032 (which I could not find online). Those provisions are the real issue. Effectively suspending the Constitutional rights of American citizens. It will also undermine President Obama’s Executive Order banning torture. The President has threatened a veto. Find out more for yourself. These are the crazy times we are in. Wow.
