Japan — Fukushima Update July 31

Fukushima: Reactors 1-3 are extremely damaged. They are still working out how to cool the reactors and how to handle the radioactive water. Radioactive beef has been processed and shipped all over Japan.

The EPA, here in the U.S. has resumed “normal” testing here in the United States, stating that the U.S. was not hit with any high levels of radioactivity. *See link below.

*Since this is still going on in Japan, I don’t see how they can really say that!

All 6 Reactors are still shut down.

Reactor Core and Fuel Integrity
1, 2, 3 are all reported as damaged and leaking

Reactor Cooling
Reactors 1-3 — they are still working to cool the systems.
