1, 2, 3 are all reported as damaged.

Reactor 1 reported as still leaking, Reactor 2 and 3 = unknown, 4-6 reported as not damaged

Containment Vessel Integrity
Reactors 1 and 2 are damaged and leaking

Core Cooling Requiring AC Power
Reactors 1-3 not functioning

Building Integrity
Reactor 1, 3, 4 = Severely damaged
Reactor 2 = Partly opened
Reactor 5 & 6 = Opened a vent/hole to avoid explosion

Water Level of the Reactor Pressure
Reactors 1-3 = Fuel Exposed

Pressure of The Reactor Pressure Vessel
Reactors 1-3 = Reported as Gradually increasing or Unknown

Containment Vessel  Pressure
Reactor 1 = Decreasing after increase
Reactors 2-6 =all reported as stable or safe

Fuel Integrity in Spent Fuel Pool
Reactors  1 & 2 = Unknown
Reactors 3 & 4 = Possible Damage

Cooling of The Spent Fuel Pool
Reactor 1 & 2 = Water spray started (fresh water)
Reactor 3 = Continued water spray injection (fresh water)
Reactor 4 & 5 = Pool cooling capability recovered
